The different cuvées
Brut Blanc de Noirs
60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier from grapevines of at least 30 years old.
In this excellent Blanc de Noirs you will discover the smell and the taste of wood, herbs, figs and brioche. You really should try this champagne with foie gras!
Brut Blanc de Blancs
100% Chardonnay from grapevines that are + / - 30 years old.
Tempestuous bubbles and fresh flavours of green apple and citrus fruit give it a balanced taste. The mineral freshness makes it ideal as an aperitive.
Brut Rosé
30% of each grape variety: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and 10% red wine from the Champagne region, from grapevines that are +/- 30 years old.
A very attractive rosé d'assemblage. A lovely red colour with flavours of currant.
Brut Terre de Sable
45 % Pinot Noir, 22 % Pinot Meunier and 33 % Chardonnay from grapevines that are +/- 30 years old.
The newest cuvée of the house is full of character, has a thin pearl necklace and has intense flavours of hazelnut and apricot. The 3 grape varieties are in perfect harmony.
It results in a very tasty champagne.
Cuvée Jean-Baptiste
30% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 55% Chardonnay from grapevines that are +/- 30 years old.
The blue grape varieties have matured for 12 months in wooden barrels, which creates an aroma of almond, nuts and delicate wood.
Its luxurious taste holds a vinous character. The beautiful, long aftertaste with flavours of orange zest and green apple finish it off!
A superb champagne that can be drunk just for fun, but also with a steady meal with veal or foul. A real pearl!
Brut Millésimé 2000
30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 60% Chardonnay vineyards of +/- 30 years old.
The bubbles on the surface strengthen the aroma of red fruit. This first sensation makes room for flavours of brioche and walnuts. Its elegance is confirmed by a very long aftertaste.
A champagne to savour but which can be drunk with Gentse Waterzooi (braised chicken) as well.
